Guest Relations and Rental Agent – Season 2025
Temporary, part-time

Introduction

You will ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience from May to October. You switch between the different service areas and take on varied tasks—always in a good mood and with beach vibes!

May – October 2025
(4 days/week)

YOUR TO DO’S
Guest Relation & Check-In
• You are the first point of contact for our guests and help them find their way around the 24Kiteboard Pro School services – always with a smile and open ears
• You take care of inquiries, requests and feedback and ensure that all questions are answered quickly and easily
• You check-in guests using our on-site booking services, guiding them through all procedures

Rental & Equipment
• You advise our guests on choosing the perfect kiteboarding equipment – whether board, wetsuit or accessories
• You take care of the issue, return minor repairs, and checks are also included
• You keep track of the inventory and ensure that everything is always in place and ready to pick up

Wetsuit & Harness & Life Jacket Care
• You will ensure that all wetsuits and related items are clean and ready for the next class/session – this includes washing, drying and folding
• You check the wetsuits and relatives for damage and ensure that everything remains in perfect condition, which includes leashes and safety systems working check
• You keep things tidy and ensure that everything runs smoothly

Your Skills
• Service orientation: You enjoy putting a smile on our guests' faces and providing them with all-round support
• Hands-on mentality: You like to lend a hand and are immediately involved in every task – whether handing out equipment or washing wetsuits/harness
• Organisation skills: You keep a cool head in hectic moments
• Teamwork: You love working with others and ensuring that everyone gets along well
• Communication skills: You are a good listener and can express yourself clearly and in a friendly way in English and Portuguese (other languages are a plus!)
• Flexibility: You are open to working on weekends and in shifts
• Passion for nautical sports: You are passionate about the sport and can pass on this enthusiasm to our guests
• Previous experience: Experience in a kite school or sales area will help you but is not relevant
• Kiteboarding advice: You have the confidence to advise customers on the right kiteboarding equipment and/or classes
• Kiteboard preparation: You can prepare kite gear and wetsuit relatives so that our guests can go straight into the lesson (or want to learn more about it)
