Brand Guidelines

Our Trademarks, Commercial and Branded features are protected by law. You’ll need our permission in order to use them. For permission requests, please contact info@24kiteboard.com.

24Kiteboard generally restricts its members, third-party developers, partners, and the media (collectively "you”) from using its name, trademarks, logos, web pages, screenshots, and other brand features. Specific exceptions are outlined below. Any other usage requires prior approval from 24Kiteboard.

We never approve the following types of requests because they violate our Terms of Service. So please don’t ask permission to:

1. Use our trademarks, such as 24Kiteboard in the name of your business, group, event, product, service, app, domain name, social media account, or other offering,
2. Use our trademarks more prominently than your product or service name.
3. Use our trademarks on promotional materials that you are distributing or selling.
4. Modify our trademarks or combine them with any other symbols, words, images, designs, or incorporate them into a slogan. Or,
5. Use our trademarks in a way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 24Kiteboard of your products or services.

If you have a partner agreement with 24Kiteboard, the agreement requires you to seek permission in order to use our trademarks or brand features.
